To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags and it’s original packaging - just as you received it. Please note that used items do not qualify for returns. An “unused item” means the product is in its original state, with original tags and intact packaging.
- Initiating a Return: Contact our customer support team at customerlove@nine.shop within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the product(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.

- Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, you will need to return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
